Suwon CIty (Suwon-si, 수원시) is the capital city of Gyeonggi-do (경기도). It's located far from Seoul around 30 Km. Suwon is an interesting city and contains long Korean history as well.
This city started from a small tribe of people who came to stay in this area and settled down. Today, Suwon is an developed & prosperous city. It contains both cultural and industrial in the same city.
Suwon Hwaseong Fortress is the only one in Korea which remains in a great condition and it's also a popular tourist destination. There are a lot of tourists came to visit Suwon each year.
Moreover, Suwon is a center of education. There are 14 university campuses located here. It's the house of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.
You can easily travel to Suwon by using MRT - Lline 1 or KTX / ITX : Express trains and a bus.

กำแพงเมืองซูวอนเป็นกำแพงเมืองที่ยังคงสภาพสมบูรณ์ที่สุดในเกาหลีใต้และเป็นสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวยอดนิยมที่มีคนเดินทางมาเยี่ยมชมมากที่สุดในจังหวัดคยองกีอีกด้วย
นอกจากนี้เมืองซูวอนยังเป็นศูนย์กลางของการศึกษา ที่นี่มีวิทยาเขตของมหาวิทยาลัยถึง 14 แห่ง และยังเป็นถิ่นกำเนิดของบริษัทซัมซุง อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (Samsung Electronics) อีกด้วย
คุณสามารถเดินทางมายังเมืองซูวอนได้อย่างง่ายดายทั้งทางรถไฟฟ้า MRT (สาย 1) รถไฟด่วน KTX และรถประจำทาง
